SHIPPING AND COLLECTION
In Italy we ship with GLS express courier. The prices are as follows:
- €8 for orders under €80
- Free shipping for orders over €80
- Free if orders are collected from our depot in Via IV Novembre 100E Marano, Vicentino (VI) on Friday mornings between 8.30-12.00. If these times do not suit you please contact us directly to find another time and date by contacting us via email at info@ateliernativa.it
Orders will arrive in 5 working days once payment has been received. However delivery may take longer in the case of unavailable products due to restocking from the depot. Couriered items will arrive in 24 to 48 hours (arrival times for isolated areas could be more. Regrettably we are unable to ship to Livigno and Campione d’Italia).
PACKING
Atelier Nativa seeks to be eco-friendly even in the packaging, using recycled boxes that may have writing on them from other shops, products and/or other merchandise.
Remember to recycle them by disposing them in the correct recycling container.
The internal packaging consists of newspaper and magazines destined for the shredder.
Occasionally there can be packing peanuts or polystyrene to protect fragile jars. These have also been recycled from other shipping companies.
DELIVERY
Delivery is undertaken by Corriere Espresso (delivery in 24/48 hours), products will arrive within 5 days from receipt of payment.
Please correctly list the address where the merchandise is being sent to and also a telephone number that will only be used in the case of problems with the order or the delivery.
It is advisable that you give an alternative delivery address in the case that there is no one at home in order to receive the merchandise. You can have an agreement with the shop under your house or you can collect the package from the depot.
Please check that the box has not arrived wet or damaged. If this does happen then please fill out the form “subject to checking”. This is the only way we can reimburse any damaged products.
